Ethanol. It Sucks!

Corn should be eaten first by tasty animals that will be converted into meat. Secondly by us as a side dish for the aforementioned meat. Corn in my cars, not so much. It has become a retched chemistry experiment over the years. Now this:

Fuel leak on the carburetor. Crap!

I look like a chemistry major already with these additives at the pump.

Now it looks like I need to add this too:

I know you can take steps to minimize this crap but I refuse to do so. Why? Because:

This is the way my Cousin and I built it! Oh, so long ago.

  2. Grass should be fed to tasty animals. Corn should go with fresh tomatoes in the summer and in corn bread in the winter.

Read somewhere that the whole corn fuel thing grew out of the gumment's subsidizing corn farmers. Ended up so much corn grown that they had to start figuring out things to do with it.

  5. Keads, google Marine Gas locations for your area.
Straight gas, no ethanol. If there's a marina anywhere near you, they will have it. It don't come cheap though. Usually about $1 a gallon higher in price than the corner gas station.

  6. Sorry the ethanol is wreaking havoc on the seals and tubing in your lovely old cars.

It is good for men to enjoy their hair when they are young. A friend of mine had even longer curlier hair in high school. It is good he enjoyed it then, because the top half is missing now.
