FedEx Fail!

Hey, I'm all for following SOP and all of that but sometimes you need to break out the clue meter and deviate as needed. Take a look at this:

Are we de-evolving or something?

Oh, the package is a Mother's day gift! Don't forget this Sunday!

  1. They used to actually ring the doorbell to see if you were home. I ordered a BUNCH of brass. It would be delivered when I had a bunch of days off in a row. I found a note on my door one day that it was left by the garage. Where it had sat out, all night,or more, 15 yards from the covered protected porch, in the rain.

    NOT impressed Fed Ex.

I'm going to order 100 pounds of it next time, just to watch him lug it up to the garage in one box.

  2. @Brigid,

Even better is the new snark of shipping bullets in the USPS "flat rate" packages. The carriers really hate that! 1000 rounds of .380 stuffed into the smallest box USPS offers for that!

The last gun came back FedEx and they looked at me as if I was the devil incarnate.

Hope your mother is doing well.

  3. @B.,

Hope you recovered the brass! I use Montana gold for bullets BTW.
