USPS Fail!

Apparently, shipping people and I are not getting along this month. Exhibit #2:

 I would guess that approximately 46 pounds of bullets could be defined as a "heavy box". The question for me is was it actually loaded for delivery and in the car? I have a contract rural carrier so I don't know. 

I do know that the bullets were stuffed in a "flat rate it fits it ships" thing. USPS must hate reloaders! Well, OK, I will pick them up tomorrow AM!
