Wow. I'm still kicking myself for not buying another piano after the hubby sold off the Baby Grand to pay for business losses (without telling me).
When I started playing, wouldn't rest until I learned Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin, and could play it by the time I graduated high school. Now, I'd be lucky to do a good rendition of chopsticks but I can still hit a sort of decent grouping.
That was awesome!

Now, consider that she was only 19 when this was recorded. Absolutely amazing.
