UPDATE! There is a reason I put these on stuff

If you are wandering by a machine my crew and I designed, fabricated, and programmed the process controls for and it is behaving poorly for whatever reason please use this:

There is a reason we put it there!  Please note the simplicity of the user interface! If you did I might have made it home after 8 hours instead of 14 today!

Ah ha! Maybe everyone thinks I am putting History Eraser buttons in?

  9. Make it BLUE with the label "Instant Coffee" and they'd have a hard rime NOT pressing it!

  10. Maybe they thought Emergency meant something life threatening, not inconvenient for repairing.

  12. DC- I may have to try that, LOL!

Anon@ 7:40- If a machine is converting perfectly good raw material into perfect junk and that is plainly visible, hitting the E-stop is a valid option in my book. Using them does not have to be life or limb in peril. It was not inconvenient to repair, but production orders and ship dates are somewhat inflexible where I work.
